Timings

Submission: 08:30 hrs - 1500 hrs (Saturday - Wednesday)
Collection: 08:30 hrs - 1700 hrs on all working days.

(After seven working days, if the passport is not collected by the applicant from the office where the application was submitted, he/she will have to collect the same from the Embassy.)

Note:

Indian Passport-related services i.e. re-issue of a new passport, change of any personal particulars printed on the first page or last laminated page of the passport, free renewal cases, Birth Registration and issue of separate passports to new born-babies, Loss of Passport and Damaged passport cases, change of appearance applicant s need to visit the Embassy for physical verification the day following submission of his application.
PIO and OCI applications will be accepted in the above office.
All visa-related applications will be accepted ONLY in the above office.
All agents and company's authorized representatives will submit their respective applications ONLY in the above office.
Diplomatic and Official passports applications will continue to be received at the Embassy as per the established procedure.
Indian-Citizenship related enquiries will be handled at the Embassy telephonically or in person and then applications may be submitted at the above office.

NO PASSPORT APPLICATION FROM AGENTS OR ANY COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE ABOVE COLLECTION CENTRE

Time at the Passport & Visa Services Center:

Turnaround time for visa applications would be 1 working day from the date of submission for normal applicants and 1-3 working days for foreign nationals.

Turn around time for Passport Applications would be 1 working day under normal circumstances.

ATTESTATION OF CONSULAR DOCUMENTS SERVICES AT THE EMBASSY

M/s VFS will have an Office on the premises of the Embassy for ATTESTATION OF DOCUMENTS SERVICES, which will include Sponsorship Declaration, Police Clearance Certificate, Power of Attorney, Sworn Affidavit/Declaration, Emergency Certificate, attestation of Certificates/Degrees, Life Certificates, attestation of opening of NRE A/c form, NRI Certificate, Change of Profession letter, Salary Certificate and any other misc. attestation-related consular services/issue of letters.
